I needed to get a small living room carpet cleaned at rental place I moved in recently. Vijay was very professional, pleasant person. He kindly listened my concern, explained the process, what I can expect and cleaned it in no time. Unfortunately the stubborn stain didn’t disappear completely(he explained that too before starting) but that dirty carpet looked a lot cleaner. He even cleaned the entrance of other rooms for me without any additional charge, and so helpful when I needed some advice later on.
